One clear operating framework

These are the general terms of the W-SHOP.CC customer service. A proposal or signed agreement takes priority for a specific project.

01

Order and account

An order is created after the form is submitted. A secure account is created automatically for a new customer using the supplied e-mail address. The customer is responsible for accurate information and account access.

02

Estimate and timing

A “from” price and catalog timeline are indicative. The final scope, cost, stages and applicable law are recorded in a proposal or agreement after the brief is reviewed.

03

Workflow

The account status shows the current operational stage. The team may request documents, access or approval; the timeline is extended while a response from the customer is pending.

04

Company formation and compliance

W-SHOP.CC coordinates preparation and engages specialist partners. Website information is not legal, tax or financial advice and does not guarantee a decision by a bank, registry or regulator.

05

Trust seals

A trust seal confirms only its expressly stated scope and review date. It is not a guarantee of integrity, solvency, security or future business results.

06

Materials and rights

Rights to final materials and terms for third-party components are determined by the proposal or agreement. Working source files remain with the contractor until full payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

07

Data and confidentiality

We process contact details, the brief, technical logs and project history to fulfil the order, protect the service and communicate. Do not provide secrets or personal data that are not required for the task.

08

Cancellation and liability

Cancellation and refund terms depend on completed work and commitments to partners. Liability is limited by the applicable agreement and mandatory provisions of law.
